Is Catch a Plane free?

Yes. It is a free Roblox experience published by the group Oi_iO. There are 17 game passes inside it, 15 of them currently on sale, but none of them is required to play.

What is the only code?

oiio10k, published in the official Roblox description. It is the only code the developer has put out, and it is redeemed on Roblox's code page rather than typed into a game chat. The codes page covers redemption and the common failure cases.

What does the game actually involve?

You jump at a plane that is already moving, grab it, and get dragged across the sky while your grip drains. Strength extends the grip; gloves let you grab faster and heavier planes; gear boxes give jetpacks, parachutes and Gravity Wings; reaching the finish earns trophies and opens new worlds.

How many players are in a server?

Ten. The listing reports a maximum of 10 players per server, which makes sessions feel like a small lobby. A quiet server is normal, not a sign that the game is dead.

How big is the game?

At the time of checking: 1,825,939 visits, 3,913 players online, 281,397 favourites, created 7 October 2026 and last updated 25 October 2026. Those numbers move daily; the update log keeps the dates.

What are the cheapest and most expensive passes?

PassRobux
Cheapestx2 Power6
Cheapest bundleSTARTER PACK9
Most expensive non-zoneINF STONES GLOVES399
Most expensive overallSANTA ZONE1999

The full list, with pass ids, is on the game passes page.

Is x2 Power worth 6 Robux?

As an experiment, yes — it is the cheapest thing in the store and it shows you what a multiplier feels like. As a strategy, no: a multiplier on Power you are not generating is close to zero. Gloves change what you can catch; multipliers only scale what you already earn.

Should I buy the zone passes first?

No. GOD ZONE (1299), PHARAON ZONE (1199) and SANTA ZONE (1999) are the three most expensive items in the game, and they sell access rather than power. They assume you can already finish runs on the free route. The zones page explains the order.

Why do I keep getting thrown off mid-flight?

Because grip is a timer and it ran out. The description ties the fix directly to the mechanic: train your strength to hold on longer. If you are dropping planes you were happy to catch, that is strength. If you cannot catch them at all, that is gloves. Strength and Hanging goes through both.

Are jetpacks, parachutes and Gravity Wings power-ups?

They are movement tools from gear boxes. The description lists them as gear-box rewards; it does not describe them as Power or Cash upgrades, so treat them as ways to change your route through the air rather than ways to earn faster.

What is the Halloween Premium Pass?

A 199-Robux pass described as unlocking the premium track of the Halloween pass. That is a seasonal reward track on top of the main game rather than an upgrade to your gloves or your currency, which makes it a purchase for players who are already playing regularly during the event.

Are the two 1.5x passes still buyable?

No. x1.5 Power and x1.5 Cash are listed but off sale, with no current price. Their notes still read "1.5x Power multiplier" and "1.5x Cash multiplier", so they sat below the current x2 floor of the ladder.

Does Catch a Plane have badges?

No. Roblox's badge API returns no badges for this experience. Trophies are the in-game progression item mentioned in the description, and they are earned by reaching the finish rather than unlocked as Roblox badges.

What should I do in my first ten minutes?

Three catches on the easiest planes, one deliberate hang until the grip fails, then spend your first Cash on a glove upgrade and train strength once. The beginner guide has that as a timed checklist.

Is there a tier list?

No, and this site will not invent one. A tier list needs a fixed roster of things to rank — planes, gloves, zones — and the game publishes names and prices, not stats. What it does publish is enough to rank the purchases, which is what the game passes page does with real Robux numbers.

Do I need to spend anything to progress?

No. Strength is trained rather than bought, gloves can be earned with in-game Cash, and gear boxes come from play. The passes shorten the climb rather than unlock the game, which is why the recommended order starts with free actions.

What is the fastest way to get better at catching planes?

Practise on low, slow aircraft until your timing is consistent, then move up one class at a time. Two habits speed it up: lead the plane instead of jumping at where it is, and release on purpose before the grip fails. Both are covered in How to Play.

Does AUTO PLAY NOW! actually play the game for me?

It is a 9-Robux pass whose name says it plays for you, and that is all the listing claims about it. For a new player it removes the practice that teaches timing, which is why the beginner guide puts it on the skip list.

Can I get the code reward more than once?

No. A Roblox code redeems once per account. If it fails on your main account, try it on a second account before assuming the code was retired — that tells you which of the two failure cases you have.

What is the point of trophies?

They are the free route's progress gate: the description ties reaching the finish to earning trophies and unlocking new worlds. Zone passes sell access to named places, not trophies, so the trophies still have to be earned by finishing.

How long does a run take?

As long as your grip lasts plus whatever you can chain after it. There is no timer the listing publishes: a run ends when you stop travelling, either because the grip failed or because you released and missed the next plane. Players who chain two or three catches per run see the map change in a single session.

Do gear boxes ever give currency?

The description lists gear boxes as the source of jetpacks, parachutes and Gravity Wings — gear, not money. Power and Cash come from playing, and the multipliers are what the store sells to speed that up. Treat gear boxes as a route improvement rather than an income source.

Where do I play it?

On Roblox, at the official experience page: roblox.com/games/86522629968403. It runs in the Roblox client on PC, mobile and console.
